Who is it for?
Whatever your level, you might benefit greatly from 1:1 coaching if you have the willingness to commit and put in the work.
Having trained people, trained myself and been trained for over 10 years, I know how invaluable a coach can be in anyone’s journey to develop whatever skill you’ve set your mind to.
The experienced eye, consequent feedback, knowledge of the process, accountability aspect… all that comes with a more experienced coach, making them invaluable in helping you attain your goals more efficiently.
What skills?
I currently coach people in the following areas:
Handbalancing
Calisthenics and bodyweight strength training
Mobility and flexibility
Movement and skill training
Check FAQs at the bottom for a breakdown of these four areas.

HOW IT WORKS
1 Initial interview
We get to know each other with the main focus on the following three:
Your past: training history, goals, achievements, past injuries
Your present: current training and injuries
Your future: goals and potential training schedule (commitment)
2 Visual assessment & tailored programme
You send me videos with some pre-assigned assessments so I design an initial programme for you.
3 Individual sessions
These take the form of a session where we go through the exercises and check how everything is going with your training. We will also be looking into the video submissions in detail if needed.
With each individual session you will be also submitting videos which I’ll reply to individually and (if needed) will be discussed on the following session.

Yes. Any level is welcome!
-
Yes. I've coached people from their early 20s to people in their 60s.
-
We'd need to make sure that training will not affect your recovery so contact me for further discussion.
-
For in-person classes: Everything will be available at whichever venue the coaching will take place.
For online classes: This will depend on what the coaching will consist of (handbalancing might require nothing but a wall, whereas calisthenics will probably demand something to hang from among other things)

At the moment they are usually held at a variety of gym spaces around the area of Shoreditch and the City of London.
-
For a 6-month period from the moment of purchase.
-
Usually, I can comment on one set of video submissions weekly (one video of each of the exercises of your current personalised programme). However I am happy for you to send more; even if I don't comment on all of them as they are very useful to track progress when doing an assessment throughout longer periods.
-
As frequently as you need for us to make sure that you are following the programme appropriately (or for whatever other relevant reason).
-
I usually carry out a review of the programme every 3 months but if things seem to still be producing good tangible results we might prefer to not change things too much as long as they're working.
-
Any session (whether in-person or online) cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged.
